save as and then modify causes both old and new file in project to be highlighted in project Opening an existing file in a project then saving it to another directory in that project and modifying the newly saved copy causes both the old and new file to be highlighted on modification. On one occasion the new file was displayed in the wrong location as well. And on others it has not shown up until the project was closed then re-opened (already in bugbase).

Also, "save as" with a new name and then "save as" with the old name again (in the same folder in the project) causes two entries for "old name" to be listed in the folder until the project is re-opened, at which point "old name" and "new name" both show up properly.
