Unicode combining diacritics not displaying properly
TextMate doesn't display properly Unicode combining diacritics. It places them as separate characters next to the character they're supposed to be combined with. I am supplying a test file -- if you open it in TextEditor you will see how the characters are meant to be displayed.

The supplied file is encoded in utf8 and contains Cyrilic text with combining accute accent (U+0301)

I've experienced the same problem. Combined utf-8 characters are not displayed correctly in TextMate. They are displayed correctly in SubEthaEdit or TextEdit, though.
